Its been a very long and busy week. I’ve had so much going on that I’ve wanted to write about, I just haven’t had much time to do so.
Hopefully I’ll be able to catch up in the next few days, but until then, here’s some of the topics you can expect to read about in the next few days:
- My monthly consultation with my nutritionist
- The Fitness Assessment I completed
- Trip 1 of my 2 Spring Training pilgramages to Scottsdale, AZ
- The Run for Ryan House Half-Marathon that I’m running tomorrow morning
I’ve been up since 3 am (took a 6 am flight to AZ), and have to be up at 5 am tomorrow for the race. Needless to say I’m dead tired, so this is going to be a short post.
