Thursday: AM: Sleep PM: 7-mile run
Friday: AM: 2000-meter Swim
I think all the past weeks of no sleep are finally catching up to me because I have gotten a lot of sleep this week. The past 3 nights have been much needed 8-solid hours (hence the lack of blogging).
I was afraid that I was no longer an early morning workout person, but this morning I was able to drag myself to the pool for a 6 am swim. After 3 failed days, this felt like a miracle.
Tomorrow I have a 10-miler scheduled, my last double digit run. Next week I’ll have a few short runs planned, with a lot more rest, then it's off to Vancouver!
