The other night, I sat on my couch battling my Garmin. The workout that my running coach had prescribed for the next morning had a lot of steps and I was unsure how to program it. I tried scheduling "Repeats" using the "Custom" feature, but it wouldn't let me pick 1 step to repeat. Instead, it forced me to repeat all the steps in-between as well.
Yoga is the key to everything - clarity, balance, strength, flexibility, aging, etc, etc, etc. But as much I truly believe this, I can't always make it to a yoga class (confession: haven't been to one since early July). But just because I can't make it to a class, doesn't mean that I can't practice yoga.
Sadly, it felt like a long run to me. When I got home from the race I felt like I had run 20-miles and spent the rest of day planted on the couch (I do this a lot).
