So a month ago I wrote a post detailing what I ate that day. Turns out its one of my most popular posts. Shortly after I wrote that post, I went on vacation and I've been struggling to eat well ever since. So I'm going to write a daily post on what I ate today in hopes of forcing myself to eat well, knowing that I'm accountable to publish it!

1:00 pm: 1 medium sweet potato, baked - 103 calories 1 herbed lemon & thyme crab cake, baked - 263 calories
3:00 pm: 1 medium-sized orange - 62 calories 1/2 a cup of Erin Baker’s Double Chocolate Chunk Granola (1 serving) - 190 calories
6:00 pm: 1 small sweet potato, baked - 54 calories 1 chicken breast, roasted - 193 calories grape tomatoes (2 oz) - 16 calories
I know, too much sugar, not enough everything else...
