Yoga for Runners

Yoga is the key to everything - clarity, balance, strength, flexibility, aging, etc, etc, etc. But as much I truly believe this, I can't always make it to a yoga class (confession: haven't been to one since early July). But just because I can't make it to a class, doesn't mean that I can't practice yoga.

At first I was doing yoga DVD's, but after a while, I had them memorized and got bored.

So, I went searching in the App Store and downloaded the "Yoga for Runners" app to my iPhone.

It lists all the poses that are key for runners...

Every night, while watching TV or a ballgame, I go through the list of poses and do three 1-minute sets of each.

I doesn't replace a yoga class, but it's definitely better than nothing!
